Who We Are
Owned and operated by the Prentice family in Center, TX, Pixie Water Wells has been a family business since incorporation in 2006. We’ve maintained a small size to conserve a high standard of quality. Meet everyone keeping Pixie Water Wells afloat, whether on the front lines or behind the scenes.
In loving memory of William E. Prentice
He was the man in charge and the face of Pixie. With his wealth of knowledge and background in agriculture and farming, William was the one to ask pretty much any question you had about water wells (and more). He understood the needs of our customers and loved to help them the best way possible. And if he could have done it with a cup of coffee in his hand, even better. He is dearly missed.
William H. Prentice
Meet our main driller and the man behind the big machine. With a can-do attitude and experience drilling across the East Texas region, Will (as he is often called) is the one who will find you water, even if he has to get dirty to do it. While Will gives a lot of attention to answering the phone, scheduling jobs, and attending to customers, he’d often rather be playing in the mud and working on a well. He’ll even show you how if you don’t mind getting a little dirty, too.
adan Lopez
Adan is our resident plumber, troubleshooter and grillmaster. You will often see him behind the big drilling rig, as he is apprenticing his way to his own drilling and pump installer license. A newer member of the team, Adan enjoys work and providing a high-quality product to our customers.
Edith Lopez
Edith is our newest team member and Adan’s partner in crime (and in life!). She is learning the ropes to servicing water wells.
Leslie Prentice
Leslie does a little bit of everything. She might be working on our website one day, the next she might be moving equipment with the guys, then another day she might be signing paperwork and running errands. She also regularly assists Will (her husband) on emergency jobs on the weekend. She is also our licensed water treatment specialist so she’s the one to ask about your water quality issues.
